Frequently Asked Questions
Who can take part in the referral program?
Anyone: customers, consultants, vendors, and friends of a firm are all welcome. The one exception is members of our partner program, who earn through their own commission terms. See lexidesk.ai/partners for those.
How does the referral program work?
You submit the form with your details and the firm you have in mind. We contact them, run the discovery call, and handle everything from there. Once they become a paying customer and complete 3 months, we send you $1,000.
What counts as an eligible referral?
The firm must be new to Lexidesk. That means they are not an active customer and had no discovery call with us in the last 90 days. Self-referrals do not count.
Is there a limit on how many firms I can refer?
No. Every referred firm that becomes a paying customer gets you $1,000.
When do I get paid?
After the referred firm completes 3 months as a paying customer. We reach out to you to arrange the payment.
How is the $1,000 paid out?
You choose: a $1,000 gift card, or $1,000 in credits on your Lexidesk account if you are a customer. We confirm your preference when the payout is due.
What does the referred firm get?
A 10% discount on their first 6 months of Lexidesk, and an AI intake team that answers every call, day and night.
