How to install the Lexidesk HubSpot integration

Step 1: Log in to Lexidesk

Log in to your Lexidesk dashboard and navigate to:

Agents → Configure → Integrations

Step 2: Choose which conversations to sync

Before connecting HubSpot, choose which conversations Lexidesk should sync.

Available options:

  • New leads only
  • Existing clients only
  • Both leads and clients

This setting controls which conversations are sent to HubSpot after the integration is connected.

Step 3: Click “Save & Connect”

Once your sync preference is selected, click Save & Connect.

You will be redirected to HubSpot to authorize the integration.

Step 4: Select the HubSpot account

Choose the HubSpot account you want Lexidesk to connect to.

Step 5: Approve the requested permissions

HubSpot will display the permissions requested by Lexidesk. Review the scopes and click Connect app.

After approval, you will be redirected back to Lexidesk. The integration should now show as connected.

How to disconnect HubSpot from Lexidesk

If you disconnect HubSpot from Lexidesk, new conversations will no longer sync to HubSpot. Existing contacts and existing notes in HubSpot will remain there.

To disconnect:

  1. Log in to Lexidesk
  2. Go to Agents → Configure → Integrations
  3. Open HubSpot
  4. Click Disconnect
  5. Confirm the action

How to uninstall the app from HubSpot

You can also remove the integration from the HubSpot side.

Go to:

Settings → Integrations → Connected Apps → Lexidesk → Uninstall

Data consequences of disconnecting or uninstalling

If the HubSpot integration is disconnected or uninstalled:

  • New Lexidesk conversations will stop syncing to HubSpot
  • Existing HubSpot contacts remain in HubSpot
  • Existing Lexidesk notes already added to HubSpot remain in HubSpot
  • Reconnecting the integration resumes future syncing
